Buffalo foods Limburg is a dairy located in the Limburg region that collects and processes buffalo milk from our farms, from our territory. Our commitment is focused on the search for quality, to use our now-how which is an expression of the best Italian tradition for buffalo milk to offer unique products. Together with our farmers we have organized the entire milk supply chain, taking into consideration all aspects: animal welfare, genetic improvement of buffalo GROUPS, nutritional analysis, robotic milking and monitoring of each individual animal. Following with the reception, analysis and transformation of milk into finished products that can enhance the “healthy” nature of buffalo milk: low salt content, lactose-free, organic.
