OUR VISION
Products with buffalo milk are highly appreciated for their characteristics mainly in SUPERFRESH products, therefore with a relatively short product life. The main producing country is southern Italy and this is the origin of the problem to which we want to propose our solution. In fact, a mozzarella produced on Friday arrives only after 5 days on the supermarket shelves when the quality curve has begun the downward phase. We add that in terms of respect for the environment, the logistics of “superfresh” products are highly impactful: long transports, very frequent, handling small quantities.

In the Netheralnd we have now the second buffalo milk pool in europe after Italy. We produce daily and deliver daily so our customer can have the real experience of a SUPERFRESH buffalo mozzarella Our italian team can guarantee to process the milk under the original Italian recipe.
